Licensing and Disclosures

ClearOne Advantage, LLC ("COA") provides an online marketplace where interested consumers ("you") have an opportunity to make an inquiry for consolidation services. COA is not a lender and does not does not make loans or make credit decisions. Upon making an inquiry, a referral arrangement with our lender network may make it possible for you to apply for a loan. Lender rates range from 6.25% to 35.99% APR and loan terms range from 24 to 84 months. As an example, a 3 year $5,000 loan with an APR of 10% would have an estimated monthly payment of $161.34 and a total cost payable of $5,808.24.

We also do not charge you, the consumer for our personal loan referral services. Where permitted by law, COA is compensated directly from the lenders. COA doesn't provide investment, tax or legal advice. COA does not provide services or assistance repairing, modifying, improving, or correcting credit entries or credit reporting. COA does not assume or pay any debts, receive, hold or control funds belonging to consumers.

You should review full program terms and conditions before enrolling. To the extent that any aspect of the debt settlement services relies on or results in the consumer’s failure to make timely payments to the consumer’s creditors or debt collectors, the use of the debt settlement services: (1) Will likely adversely affect the consumer’s creditworthiness; (2) May result in the consumer being subject to collections or being sued by creditors or debt collectors; and (3) May increase the amount of money the consumer owes due to the accrual of fees and interest by creditors or debt collectors.
